greddy front lip and oem sides?

I have that exact setup on my PSM. I think it looks fine and lines up well. I'm planning on leaving it unpainted as I feel that it will match up with my unpainted stock side skirts. I also plan on adding Morettes. . .probably either paint them completely or do the 1/2 paint scheme. The black from the Morettes will hopefully tie in with the dark lip and skirts.

It's just a bad angle. The lip has 3 sections that "hang" on to the fog areas and center grill. Here's a pic from another angle.

I can understand if the lip was a thin lip and you wanted to line/match with the stock side's.....But that doesnt look to good.... For that you shoulda just bought a CF lip if your not gonna color match it....Also, it doesnt exsactly line up either, it hangs lower. I did see a side skirt with this kit that has a similar spat (that you can have on the rear of the side skirt) in the front to line it up with this lip.......I'm 100% sure that if you paint the lip AND the side's, it would transform into somthing better looking than what it is now....IMHO.

Glad you like the lip. I got it from Turbo Evolutions in the Vendor forum. Paid $210 shipped. I don't think that it will fit the wagon because the front is curved differently from what I've read. I don't have anything on the back yet. I don't really think it looks too bad without anything in the back. I'll take more pics when I get the chance and post them up. That lip, IMO, only looks good with the car lowered and on bigger wheels (you need some tires shine too). It's too big IMO. Not only that, but you should paint the lip and the sides. In fact, I'd just take it off if.

Thanks for the opinions guys. Yeah. . I admit it looks funny right now. . but I saw pics of someone else who had replaced their headlights with Prodrive units and it made the front end look really good. Just ordered my Morettes so I'm going to wait and see before I paint them. Already have all the paint ready should I decide to paint. As for the side skirts and rear, I was planning on going with the Griffen kit, but waiting for the prices to come down a bit.

I think making the ar lower would only help. Albeit barely but it would help. Painting it wouldn't be a bad idea either (Along with the Morette's).

I'd love to drop it a little, but can't do it. As it is, I barely make it up my driveway. I don't dare park my car out in the street at night. . too many teenie boppers in my development with malicious intentions.
I should be getting my Morettes in by end of next week hopefully. I'll probably make the decision by then whether or not to paint the lip and morettes together. Good thing I'm good with a spray can!! :)
I got the morettes from Z1 Auto. . .Adam had one coming in that was available so I ordered it from him today with the 6000K HID kit. Paid $1120 shipped. Great service and fast response to emails.

It won't work. It hangs too low. Try the griffin side skirts. I was originally going to buy this lip, but decided to go with something else since I put teins on my car yesterday. The griffin lip and greddy lip are pretty much identical so the side skirts match them great IMO. However, good luck finding a vendor or a place that sells them less for 600-650ish just for the skirts! :eek:

Tell me about it!! I love the griffen side skirts. . .but not worth the money right now. I'll put up with the uneven look until cheaper replica's come out. I think I'm going to end up painting the lip when the morettes come in. Not sure how I'm going to paint the morettes though. . .it's kind of between all silver or that 50/50 look.
