that "over the top" spoiler is the STi Carbon Fiber piece... from the pictures I've seen, and the first hand accounts I've heard - it is a work of art... I'm thinking most people that are going to pay the $1200 to $1650 I've seen it list for are going to want to show off the C/F and the STi logo laid in under the gel coat...

Here's a 2 door pic of an I-club members car, not mine! Hope the owner does not mind, just goofing around, nice car by the way!
| Tas | 11-27-2001 12:10 AM |
It looks like a Toyota Tercel in 2 door version. The greenhouse is too big. You need to chop the top a bit so its more sporty.

I can see this at next year's SEMA show, people will put airbags on everything!!

It's real tint. Solarguard silver 80 to be exact. 20% all around.
| bahboy20 | 11-27-2001 11:44 PM |
wow
i think 20% is too dark in my area. any idea what a 35% all around would look like? would it mirror like that, or would you be able to see in too much?
how much does that solarguard 80 run, and any ideas of where to get it installed, or is it pretty much a standard line at most car places?
thanks,
bahboy20

The local place i got it done at also has silver 60....40% all around....it looks good, but not as reflective as the 80. Paid 200 for mine.
| bahboy20 | 11-28-2001 12:37 AM |
200 bucks!!!
wow that is more than i wanted to spend.
is that how much solarguard ususally goes for?
does it have a lifetime warranty on bubbles/cracking/fading like i heard 3m does?
my friend got a nice tint on his maxima, and only spent like 160.
is it the brand that makes the price more, or the fact that it is mirror/smoked?
can you email me some pics of your tint to
since we have the same color?
thanks
