Leather or Fur?
Now I can't decide on doing the interior in
Pink Leather accents or Pink Fur accents.
What does everyone think?

I used A material called ultra suede it's looks knid of like the stuff that comes on the WRX, and it comes in alot of colors. But it's like $50 a yrd.

NO FUR!!! FUR is BAD!!!
unless your going to put some tassels arount the top of the interior (Cheech and Chong's Impala).

Leather for sure! Fur would just be bad...very bad...Furry interiors are just bad..Suede would be great, but it'd be easy to mess up...

How bout a grey and red leather combo? i saw it done on a pink mazda rx7 and that looked sharp!!I believe it was tuned by amemiya

Fur feels better but the only problem there is that fur will shed itself ALL OVER the car. I remember when I had nice animal print seatcovers and everytime I would start up the car with the AC or fan on there would be a visibile "whoosh" of fur flying around out of the vents.

I agree with Andrew. Crushed pink velvet for sure. [img]http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/cool.gif[/img] Oh and if you use real animal fur in your car, I will never buy anything from you again. Nothing personal, but I'm against cruelty to animals.

Honestly I would do the interior white leather with Pink highlights. Example, the seats all white leather with the middle pink leather, or the doors all white with the handle area pink, and around the dials, stuff like that. I think if the interior was pink it would detract from the exterior of the car. Thats my opinion. I wish I could see the faces of all the "guys" you beat with a pink RS, haha its gonna be so funny.

I would never use real animal fur. I think that is so cruel along with the electronic

Sorry but I have to comment on what WRXGirl said. My co-worker had a dog. A cute little *****zu (sp) Anyways, the thing had an annoying little bark and had a tendency to stray to far from the appointed lease position. Well, they buy that electric charger doo-hicky, and clamp the thing onto the poor lil' guy, and 1 year later the thing is suffering from seisures. Which he's getting from a cancerous tumor thats enveloping his neck! I was sooooooo pissed off at the kid when he wanted to take some time off for it. Its was his damn fault that it happened in the first place!!
Sorry about the rant, but I had to let it out. In my humble opinion, the fur's a bad idea. You're gonna have a heckuvva time cleaning up after it, not to mention the fibers will get onto people's clothing, and that it would resemble something outta the mid 1970's! Unless ofcourse you're going for that motif, which in that case all power to you! But I would go with a nice leather/suede. Sleaker look, easier to keep up, and it won't shed!!

That was also a thought. I think it would look great White interior with Pink. I have a Hot Import nights show in April to do & I want the car to look great!!!
