Hey guys Im sitting here waiting for my temporary plates to expire on my new wrx, But i cant seem to think of a catchy liscense plate name. If you guys can help me think of one I would be greatly appreciated.

A 2.5rs up here in Washington has: RVO VUM It doesnt look like anything special at first, but if you look at it from your rear view mirror (the rs is tailgating behind you) it reads: MUV OVR (move over). I thought that was pretty cool.

Just personal opinion but its always been my belief that those with personalized plates are people trying to be somebody while those without them (and usually driving the REALLY nice cars you can brag about at a Concours or something) know they dont need them b/c they know they already are somebody. Not that I care what others do, its just my opinion so if you want them, go for it. I know I would never get them if my life depended on it though. The fact that I have to pay more money for them and send more money to the state of Ohio for the privilege when they already tax me to death seals the deal. Having said all of this, the best personalized plate I ever saw was:

I saw a guy driving a black Porsche 911 slantnose about 6-8 years ago with chrome RUF rims and the complete setup. We're talking mongo automotion here. His plate said:

"HS DWEEB"

Back in 1990, I had the first Miata in Arizona, a red one. Cool car needed a cool plate, so I got:

XTASY

With a custom frame arround it that said "Sheer" on the top and "Everytime" on the bottom.

In hindsight, this was a BIG FRIGGIN mistake. You should have heard some of the disgusting offers made to me by seriously overweight women, uggh. People thought I was a gigalo.:o

Hehe, I guess I could of serviced them and used the cash to buy performance parts!:D

Be careful when choosing a custom plate...
