| SonicYellowWRX | 09-10-2002 06:46 PM |

What's the C-west website?
| BlueWRX | 09-10-2002 07:50 PM |
it seems to me like those are replacement bumpers front and rear... like zerosports and jun. that usually equals to $$$$. that's too much for my taste.
| WRXThis | 09-10-2002 07:58 PM |
Wow that is beautiful and very functional too.
| whiterabbit | 09-10-2002 09:05 PM |
finally they release the kit after i buy another...
| DannyGT | 09-10-2002 09:33 PM |
I remember see'n those drawing many moons ago....WHOA !!! they finally released it !! I LIKE !!!
| SR40-WRX | 09-10-2002 10:30 PM |
I really like the kit, but I doubt its somthing I would put on my car. If I were to get any of the pieces off there, it would DEFINATELY be the Hood, along with trunk and spoiler...for front I'm thinkin liberal or kaminari, and then STi rear(I really like the little black diffuser thing). Sides kaminari or liberal again.

This is probably a dumb question but...
Why is the hood scoop split into two sections?
Like the side of the scoop is directing the air somewhere else
But where?

wow...looks better than the 1st one IMO. I never really liked the 1st one. Finally they let us make use of that "ram air intake"haha scoop, now i dont know wether to get that grill or the STi. Im not sure about that hood scoop though...little too wild for me. Now only if they made wagon stuff.

towards the turbo, if you look at our hood scoop splitter, its also divided into 2 sections. It diverts some air towards the turbo

This get's both of my thumbs WAY up. I like it...looks sweet, and not like everything else out there. Definately different. :)

So far looks like all positive comments.....BUT -- I do feel a vendor rape comming soon.....So try not to show so much interest ;) or else none of us will be able to afford it !! :D

There's more info on C-west.co.jp
The hood comes in carbon fiber and fiberglass. CF is like $2K by the time the vendors are done with it!! Fiberglass is more reasonable. Can you say "replica time?"

damn that kit is nice i can only image how much its gonna cost since it looks like full bumper replacements
| DannyGT | 09-11-2002 11:08 AM |
I just reallly want that front bumper....that little horizontal slit on the bumper is perfect for those of us with greddy fmic....It reach's all the way up there....so there would be no need to lower the IC...
BLAH -- the side's are the same square bulky side's.....and there is nothing really to the rear........Hood is OK -- Prova hood LOOKs much better.....
Again, hope we dont get raped for it...

Hey guys, I have a question. Where can I get a set of the little carbon fiber winglet things in the picture above. the ones that go on the front bumper.
| sochico | 09-11-2002 02:37 PM |
yo that kit is pretty nice. ,y onlly question is there any one else besides i belive zero-sport that makes the 180 silencer piece without the silencer. they charge to much for a pice of cabon fiber tht is hiden in the fender. like does someone make one for like 10 bucks it ain't to hard to fab one out of plastic like the stock.
| GT2WRX | 09-11-2002 03:02 PM |
i wonder when a price will be released...
| lue v | 09-11-2002 05:43 PM |
nice! i like the hood...looks really nice with the vents...
| NSR500 | 09-11-2002 07:18 PM |
Kinda reminds me of Imprezer's Car. Same rims and Car color with the CF Trunk + Spoiler and Hood.
| SoLo OnE | 09-11-2002 08:40 PM |
It reminds me of one of those Honda StreetFighter kits. :(

hood scoop
im interested in the scoop (the idea of that little hole that shoots air toward the turbo), but for those upgrading their tmic to a larger one i guess that little scoop that shoots air to the turbo would just hit the (lets say) my new larger tmic. then it wouldnt be functional since it will just hit the intercooler, besides the look of it i guess. i have in mind the new 2003 aps tmic that is coming out, i dont think any time soon tho. just thinking ahead.... is my prediction accurate? or am i picturing aftermarket intercoolers positioning wrong? i want that scoop functional w/ an aftermarket tmic. just an i dea. any thoughts?
also like the ram pod style grill, i think this is very functional
every little bit helps!
ugly but functional. i like

Are those the little carbon fiber winglets on the sides of the front bumper? If so that is crazy expensive for such little pieces.

Why all the pointless holes. Such as the two in the rear bumper and the one in the front bumper. I like the grill though.

From what i think (correct me if im wrong) the rear holes are for air flow. With out the holes, air would get cought behind the rear bumper like a parachute.
| SammyDFG | 09-13-2002 06:03 PM |
thats one of the best kits imo
id drive it without a wing and just the cb trunk
mmm nice
