subtle wagon body kit

i'm looking for a subtle wrx wagon body kit like the factory under spoiler kit for the sedan. how hard is it to get a sedan lip spoiler to fit a wagon? anyone know of any subtle kits for the wagon?

I think a company name RG-S is making one. I saw it in other thread post by impreziveWRX

You can order the Subaru factory kit for the wagon through any number of vendors. It's a bit spendy as it comes from Europe, but I've seen it, and it's worth it.

the Subaru of UK kits are Polyurethane and come factory painted to match your car, as long as its not yellow ;)
you're probably talking around $850 USD + shipping for the front and rear sets (from the UK).. the last time i ordered a set for someone, it ended up around $950ish because of the large boxes and extra packing to keep them from getting trashed during shipping.
Installs just like the sedan version on a sedan. except this one is designed for your wagon ;)

The more I look at the lip the more I like it. I was going to get the OEM replica from procarparts, but I think I am going to get one of these now in Fiberglass and paint it to match. Aside from it being subtle and decently priced, I like the fact that it only hangs down a little so I wont be concern about it getting ripped of by some speed bump I can slow to a halt for.
Don when will you be inproduction with these?

I don't have a pic of the Carbon Kevlar in blue, because we've been making black CF. The lip has a ground clearance of 6" at the front end. This is measured from a car with JIC FLT-A2s lowered about 2". I can send you a close up side view pic. Give me your e-mail address.

talked to shawn in oregon i will be going down there in a couple of weeks to discuss pricing of lip. i'm waiting a couple of week due to that we have a mini mmeet march 15 and i want to have the lip on the car for feedback. also i stated before that i was planing on polyurethane but price for injectin mold was $70.000 plus, way out of my league.
i'm gauging interest on this lip, i'm going to look at carbon and fibergalss molds. shawn did say that the fiberglass can be made stronger, so less likely to crack. if i'm able to do this and for a price 300 and 350+ shipping would this be somthing you might buy. i'm only gauging interest here and you are not obligated to purchase one, i just want to see what the demand is and how many for the first run if things go good.
thanks dave

The UK kits do come in sedona red, not to mention also midnight blue black - basically, *ALL* colours (even green!) are available EXCEPT for the yellow.
Oh yeah, they also do NOT sell the side skirts painted with the UK kits. they (SoUK) actually tell the dealers to just paint it themselves!

You know the LNR lip is very close to a GC/GM lip I was thinking up. Now I know that the GD factory sedan lips can be made to fit the GC/GMs with minor modification but the GF has a narrower bumper... Don, if you get a chance, can you try a test fit on a GC/GM just to see how close it fits? (besides, FG is relatively easy to work with) If its close the FG lip may be a good option for us lipless old schoolers.

Hi Boy,
Sorry, but I'm a late bloomer when it comes to the Subaru body codes. I am familiar with only the late GC8 up to the present GD/GG.
What MY is the GM, FG, & GF?
For the GC8 guys, I am working with a project GC8 where we are brainstorming a design for the lip, along side the WRX sedan.
Stay tuned!

The CF bumper trim is the black area behind the front license plate. You can't tell from the picture that it is Carbon Fiber. It is a flat piece that comes with double back tape and sticks on to the bumper surface complementing the CF lip and hood scoop.
Let me take some pics of one off the car.

Don, sorry I'm an Air Force guy and acronyms are the language I speak :lol:
GC = "old school" sedan
GM = "old school" coupe
GF = "old school" wagon <-- actually meant GG, my bad
FG = fiberglass :lol:
What I was getting at was the GG (new wagon) lip is basically exactly what I'd like to see for the old school folks. Most lips out there for us are either too low profile or too gaudy and not much in between.... this is right in between!
