In the clip the car is inside there shop. its going to sounds diffrent when its out and about. Personaly i dislike vivid and there products.

Looks like they copied the Gp Sports muffler..(color)
I drooled over that for a while but GP-Sports only makes exhaust systems for 240's I believe.. :D
I think you may be paying ~$600 for the muffler and $200 for the piping. The piping looks similar in quality to Megan Racing stuff (nothing wrong with that).
Interesting though.

Nope....
GP Sports makes mufflers for most all Imprezas from GC8 on up. I bought a 3in WRX cat back for $180 at one of their in house sales.
Greddy and Tanabe are two of the industry pioneers. Ther are probably sigularly responsible for developing HP on Japanese vehicles with catalytic converters.
GP Sports is a somewhat new company and in Japan they are considered builders of show cars, although they have developed their own coilover suspension system that is f'in hot.

He could setup a camera on the back bumper and screen inside to look at it while driving.

What is the fascination with mufflers with colored tips on them? Not saying they're bad or anything - just trying to understand why people like them :confused:

^ haha. i have hks carbon-ti and i couldn't be happier. it sounds really clean, and has the great boxer rumble, and its all titanium, and it has carbon fiber for the bling factor. vivid racing sux a big one, as one said on here already id rather sell my car than buy from vivid.

hks carbon ti is not all titanium..it's just the tip of the exhaust.. ;)

no its not. The Tip is the only part thats Ti, the muffler is stainless steel wrapped in Carbon fiber with stainless steel piping.

Actually, Ap isnt made by Vivid. they are two seperate companies housed in the same location.......yes vivid sells it, but others do to including big shops like Drift Factory. I saw that exhaust just after they completed it and its very nice quality. Would i buy or do biz with vivid? NO. buy ap stuff is pretty darn good. Surge sells all the ap products and nobody has complained. Just order from someplace else and you'll get it:)
