WRX wing or wingless on a 2006 WRX?

I have the opportunity to trade my wingless trunk with a WRX winged trunk. Winged or wingless?

Wingless makes the car look cheaper in my opinion since it doesn't come standard. Just my $.02

I'd keep the wingless. I myself would swap with someone for a wingless, but you know there aren't too many SRR Imprezas out there.

Congrats on the purchase! i just picked up my 06 SRR TR a week ago or so, my wife and friends all tell me to add a wing but you know once you get the springs it will look alot sweeter, im probably gonna lower mine a little too, but nothing too crazy, if you dont like the wingless after the drop you can always add a spoiler or find someone to trade with, it seems most people now-a-days are going for wingless, so its tough to find another wingless if you add a wing now and then decide you dont want it anymore.

I put a WRX wing on my 2.5i and it rounded out the butt real nicely. The swap was a pain, not to mention the rewiring.

A silver WRX, no wing, and a quiet exhaust(and nothing else stupid to draw attention) is virtually invisible.

I put a carbon fiber WRX style wing on mine. I think it matches nicely with the black trim and my (now) blacked out headlights.

I like the way the WRX wing looks. I had the opportunity to swap for an STi wing and I passed that up in a heart beat. I don't need to draw any unecessary attention to my car from ricers on the highway, cops, vandals, etc. I do like how being wingless looks on some Imprezas though but some of them just end up looking like a regular sedan if they don't have any mods done to it. I'm keeping my WRX wing.

WRX Wing. These cars don't look right without something on the trunk. It needs something to offset the hoodscoop.

Wow SRR I've seen only 2 in person. One was at the dealership! I think wingless is better. The wrx wing looks sorta girly imo or a CF trunk would look really good.

A wing looks good on a stock WRX. Wingless on a modded and lowered WRX FTW.

I was wingless for about a month. It looked nice from some angles, but around here most of the wingless cars are the regular imprezas. The spoiler seems to set me apart. The cool thing about the CF wing is that from some angles I look wingless, from others I don't.

Not me ;) Bought my 2.5i and specifically mentioned to the dealer...do NOT put a wing on it! (They had several winged 2.5i 's on the lot already)

Yea, had i not been in a situation where i pretty much showed up at the dealer and couldnt leave without a new WRX, and wanting one of the last 04's on the lot (so i could get a MUCH better deal than a brand new 05 at the time) AND showing up specifically to see the red one before committing to buying after several visits to the dealership beforehand, i really had no choice to get the car without a wing. If the situation were different, i probably would have just put in a custom order and placed a deposit for a car to be built exactly the way i wanted it. I still would have gotten red, but i would have made sure my WRX came without a spoiler, and with some nice oem 17" BBS meshies.....
