Ok, I know everyone hates altezzas, and I'm usually one of the people doing the most hating, but I was wondering how people thought these would look on my white wrx....:)

they aren't the all clear, with little circles kind, so I thought they wouldn't be so bad...

I have them on my WR Blue Pearl Rex and I think they look great. The stock lights just don't look good on it. These are the best altezza style lights without being too ricey.

Though I had Altezzas with a passion, those actually don't look bad at all. Very similar to the OEM tail lights.

i wouldn't spend that much for that little of a change in appearance, but they look nice. you need some silvervision-style bulbs in the turn signals though :)

i'll have to agree w/ turk, those aren't altezza's to me. they look almost identical to the oem taillights on the '04 wrx, looks good.

:( The quality is the same as Altezza....which as many of you know, is lacking.
Be sure to seal them otherwise they most likely will leak.
Maybe use the stock gasket instead of the thin one that comes with the lights. That should help as well.

As people already said it-Those aren't really altezzas, pretty much the same.
I like them, but still wouldn't waste money on the tail lights. Go with some mod that really worth the money.

Just a note of caution about these lights. In the first picture you will see the metal where it is the thickest. When installed there is a gap between that piece of metal and the car. This gap must be covered along it�s entire length. It falls in line with the grove that runs around the trunk. I don�t know the name of this grove but it is sort of a rain gutter. My entire wheel well was filled with 5 inches of ice and I am quite sure it came through that gap. I still like the lights a lot and and I will continue to use them but be forewarned.

well, technically, the only true "Altezzas" come equipped on the Toyota Altezza (know here as the Lexus IS300).

Now they definately look a little better than most but it's the same cheap replacement light.
I had 2 different sets on my car for about a month. Then I realized how much it cheapened the look of the car (IMHO)
so I went back to stockers.

I like the '04 tails since they also match the fender flare (I'm pretty sure they do) but everyone's told me that the bumper has a cutout for the little round thing. Yet, some pictures seem to show that the '04 tail has no cutout for the roundie thing, and yet some seem to show that it does! Has anyone seen and noticed this on the '04s? Will the '04 tails fit a MY02?

those look for like a stock light than aftermarket. Looks good though. I just don't care too much about the rear lights. Need bright fronts to light things up when going 85+
