lambo front doors?

I saw a picture of a wrx iwth forntlambo opening doors and suicide rear doors. WEll, just curious as to how they where able to get the front doors to open like that!!

i know the bolt on kit goes for $1500....i really doubt they make them for us subaru's....when i used to work part time at a body shop that job would range anywhere for $6,000 to $10,000..pretty hefty investment.......they basically change the hinges and put something to make the doors pop out enough to clear the hinge so that the door could rotate upward..hope this helps

wow! That is not worth the money! If spent $2k on lambo style door hinges, I would have to kick my own arse for not buying the VF22 and front mount IC instead!

Not something I would necessarily do to my car, but eh. As for how they do it? Just thumb through any issue of SCC or Import Tuner, and there will be ads for how to get lambo doors, as well as split hoods and trunk flip kits.

ha! nobody around here in cleveland has lambo doors! I think it would be cool. Why is it when someone has an idea its squashed and labeled rice? I mean I've seen some neat stuff and ppl just say rice, hell i was driving one night when my car was stock except for a hks BOV and my TXS TBE, and I was called rice ... come on! nobody has a clue, cause everyone has a different opinion. Personally i'd rather see a 95 caviler with a crappy spoiler and fake rims then a regular car, at least someone is showing that they take pride in their car ... personally something we all share.
But dont label me a silly kid racer wanna be, I know im far from that, actually i show more responsibility on the road than my grandpa! But i plan on taking out the back seat and back door internals blah vblah and I think lambo doors would be trick, period. And calling a car with lambo doors rice is calling the Lambo rice!!!!! now come on!
But i could never spend that much money on a sho wmod, id rather make it myself and if i made it myself would that be rice or neat?

Was just wondering if you guys thought those rear suicide doors were ricey? I know there are some cars that come with them factory...and they're not honda's if I remember correctly. Don't want those Lambo's but I think the rear suicides would be nice.

It might be cool on a old school show car... I just dont see it on imprezas.
