Did this w/o taking off the dash like another member had done, and it came out great ;)

** I taped off the vent with duct tape so no moisture got into the gauge in the future.

Is the illumination color as off as it looks in the pics? I thought Defis were an exact match to the cluster.

Are there any down falls of doing this... like hot/cold air constantly blowing on the guage in winter/summer time?
