Mud flaps for the WRX/STi compendium thread
The following is a list of every set of mud flaps or aero splash guards available for the WRX and STi. Additionally, if you are interested in pictures of these set ups, refer to the links provided or hit up the search feature as I didn't want to link to a bunch of pics that eventually turn into red Xs. All costs are approximate.

i'd rather save 100$ and get some cheap rubber floor mats or something and cut it to shape and rivet them on.

i've been meaning to actually since i live on a long dirt road.

rs_two_five 11-12-2007 06:27 PM

I tried to PM you Unabomber about these part numbers, but here you go;

can anyone tell me if http://www.rallyarmor.com/store/rally-mud-flaps-c-60.html if the 02 to 07 Subaru Impreza fits 04 wrx? or does it just means the 2.5 RS ones. or am i suppose to get the 02 to 07 Subaru Impreza WRX STI for my 2004 WRX. Not sti. Please let me know thanks!
Rallyarmor 08-23-2008 11:13 PM

Hi Steak-

That is correct our 02-07 Impreza applications will fit your 04 WRX (The 02-07 STI and WRX applications are the same/interchangeable)

The 08 WRX/ 08 STI applications are not.

Thanks much

I've made a few sets for myself and friends. Still the cheapest option and mine have all been far more rugged and fastened to the car more securely than some you can buy from vendors here. Not for everyone as not everyone has access to the tooling, time, or wherewithal to make their own. I made my own set out of polyurethane after having bought a set of the RAs (before they had the UR line) and hating them.

Here's the thread I started several years ago:

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=901430

Hope this helps.

As a side -In addition to our Authorized Nasioc vendors, our "UR" applications are now available through national authorized Subaru dealers.

Will the 08 IM Silver fit a 08 with the premium package? I saw on the OEM ones there was a not because I had the premuim package I could not get the mud flaps. :(
Rallyarmor 03-17-2009 01:10 PM

Hello

Yes, our application will indeed work with the premium package.
Soobie2.5i 03-17-2009 02:01 PM

sorry ... but WTF?!?!?! $400 for mudflaps!?!?! holy waste of money Batman!
suzuki4life 03-17-2009 02:08 PM

I have rally armors and the rears are starting to warp in under a year of them being installed. Very disappointed.
habitatxskate 03-17-2009 04:09 PM

i just got back from k-mart and purchased a "bootmat floor saver" which is basically the same concept using the rubber garbage idea.. i found a template but i'm not sure it'd be the same for my car, which is an 06.

http://www.scoobymods.com/forums/sti_mudflap_patterns-t50.html?threadid=50

that is what i was looking to replicate but i don't know how well it'd match up, obv. the bolt holes wouldn't but besides that, i don't think it'd look right

edit: i forgot to mention i bought 2, they are 27"x16" of usable rubber and in total costed me $10.25 for both
ravenlunatic 05-01-2009 10:11 AM

Aero splash guards (Front) J1010FE201

does anyone know where i can get these? i've searched ebay, googled multiple times, and looked around on some overseas sites too and still no luck. mostly cause i don't know any overseas shops. please let me know if you have any info.
rumorco 07-21-2012 02:12 PM

I have some black rallyarmour flaps with a blue logo but does anyone know where I could find some actual blue mudflaps?
Navysesal 08-02-2012 04:41 PM

Theres actually a guy who runs this website called www.flapatax.com He makes mudflaps for like $55 shipped i believe, its the heavy urethane material. He does it all by himself, so it'll take some time
RobSTI06 08-02-2012 05:02 PM

^yup, that's the route I went and I'm quite pleased with the results! No way I'd spend $100+ for mud flaps

thanks for that link! actually like those better than the others, these dont appear to hang as low..
RobSTI06 08-02-2012 06:58 PM

^they don't and he'll customize them for you if you want. He shaved mine down a little so they weren't too wide or too long at my request. They are hard urethane flaps which is a little hard to tell from the photos but they look and work great!

@salsa-king, did it require you to drill your own holes in the front? and is that the hardware it comes with and also did you paint your brackets black ? thought they came silver metal?

nappa auto parts sells semi truck mud flaps, 17$ a piece. One of these will make 4 mudflaps. you just need a good sharp cutting tool.
Also it helps a lot if you've got a friend with some rally armors that will let you trace the mounting holes, as it makes mounting them much quicker.
Tdevlin11 01-24-2016 01:12 PM

I just got red flaps in my plasma blue pearl wrx. Looks so good
