pictures of my car
hey, just wanted to get everyone's opinion of my car.
i didn't wax it for any of the pictures. Two of them are from NYC, one from my house.
Here's some of my mods. The pictures are really bad quality, but it was the best i could do with the cheap web cam i have
stromung dual tip SS exhaust
UR pulley
kartboy shifter
custom painted interior
S-AFC
custom stereo system
ver 5 wing
painted sideskirts, painted calipers
custom rims/tires
cleared out sidemarkers.....etc...things like that
i'm sure i'm forgetting some stuff.....but oh well......

the shift knob is a homeade one. Bought, for about 5 dollars, a wood ball from Pep Boys, and sanded, painted, primed, and clear coted everything myself. I like it. Only 5 dollars too. [img]http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/smile.gif[/img]

hey.....sorry for the late responses......
the performance mods on the car are just SAFC, exhaust plus midpipe, kartboy shifter, and intake and filter. The brakes are painted red. Did it with another member in my driveway one day.
The rims are Rota Competition, got them from Adam99rs when he got OZ rims for his impreza. They are 17 inch, with 215/45 tires on it. Suspension is stock, not lowered or anything, but I do think my car looks low. I'm pretty sure that's because the 17 inch rims take up a nice portion of the wheelwell.

Whats up man....the car looks hot. i think this is the first time Ive actually seen people from L.I. on here. I think I have even seen your car before. Do any of you guys ever go to bald hill(exit 63 on LIE)on thursday night for the car show?

Blad Hill is cool. Its not a serious show, just a place where people go every week to show and look at cars. There are some really nice cars up there. Everything from older muscle cars to insane import cars. The place is packed though. There usually, on nice thursdays, are up to 2500 - 3000 cars. Tons of stuff to look at and just hang out. When I first got my Impreza, that car got more looks than my Cobra ever did. And it was TOTALLY stock. Funny stuff.

nah....its not a TV....i wish it was! It's the SAFC in the factory gauge houseing for the performance gauges. It looks good there though I think.

Do you know where I could find more info about the Rota Competition rims you've got there? I'd like to get my hands on a set of those, even if I have to import them from somewhere.

unfortunately, the rims I got seem to be extremely hard to come by. At least those exact ones. There are plenty of rims that are very similar, ie speedlines, but those Rota Competition rims I can't seem to find anymore. I got them from another Impreza user and recently tried asking him if he knows where I can get maybe one or two more of them. He seems not even to know either anymore, since they are out of production possibly. If anyone else does happen to know, please let me know also. I would like to get a couple more of them for backups.
