Very nice car, although I highly doubt you'll get that price for it. I dig those orange RPF-1's.

I don't even get a bite on mine for 10 grand less.......

I doubt anyone can get a 26K loan on a car that books at 15.5K...
That means he's looking for a buyer with at least 10K cash...
How many of those are here? :-)

My guess is it's hard to finance a 2003 WRX for that sort of money.
It is a super clean looking car though.
Edit: Damn - too slow again!

i hate to see it go, but if no one is interested then i'll just tear it all apart:(

This is an wonderfully prepared STX car. I have seen the car in several times over the last three years and Jason has always taken care to keep it in excellent condition. This is a great car and I can vouch for how much fun STX cars are to autocross!
I hate to see it leave Jason's hands (and Billy's for that matter).
Cheers,
Chris Fenter

Wow. I knew it was fast, but you really spared no expense :)
Good luck with the sale...
Oh yeah, I'm finally using your old tires. I like them a lot so far.

Sure, but only if you'll take $20k for yours. That's all I can get out of mine if I sell it!

Bump for an awesome car that I've truly loved to hate all year!! :D
What're you guys doing next year? STU??
Since you're selling now, I'm curious if you're willing to share what it weighs? I've been curious about the weight of the WRXs vs. my car for awhile now.

You are probably right. Although the original plan was to purchase those $4k worth of parts from you. If you sell all your spare parts with the car I can't give you money to help fund the STU build!

I believe the WRX were weighing in in the 2900lb range. I think one was sub 2900lb and a couple were still over 3000lbs.

thats one thing i'll save for the buyer. car was dynoed right before nationals this year. i'll let you guys know if the car gets parted but some things i like to disclose only to the purchaser and they may do with the information what they like.
... i'll say this... it is within the range of what the top stx cars are putting down. the car feels very strong.

So to save the mystery of Jason's car...I'll just say that on stock boost it puts down more power than my stage 2 map.

*edit* new pricing for the weekend: $24k with your choice of 1 set of wheels/tires.

You might have to be patient if you want to sell it without parting out. I had mine listed for about 3-4 months before it sold last year. The market for cars like this is just very limited, and it can take a while to find the right buyer. Mine eventually found a home over 2000 miles away. It is nice to still see it running. I would have hated to part it out.
This is a very well prepared car. I know that Jason and Billy have been working hard to get it going this fast.

Bump for a great STX ride. Jason doesn't skimp on anything when it comes to prep, and this car is very well sorted.

zzyzx coilovers sold!
new price: $22k with Tein RA coilovers or $21K with stock struts/springs
can subtract another $1k if i pull off some of the small parts.
i can make this a simple STX car without all the bells and whistles.
accepting any reasonable offers!
car will be parted this weekend if i get no offers.
