What color rims?

Ok, i have a really cheap set of 17s. And i dont really care too much about them, so i want to paint them. I want to paint them a crazy color also! lol. Well my car is wrx 04 with full kit and carbon hood. What color do you think would work? Ive seen wrb with red wheels (that gqz guy) and the cat with the takata green volks. I was thinking about one of those colors, or even orange (Auburn University Colors! w00t! War Eagle!!!). Possibly purple (i love purple, no ghey jokes please, lol) and blue. Well tell me what you think!

hrmm...if you wanna go crazy, i think the duplicolor chamelon paint would be cool (purplish blueish) but if you wanna keep it somewhat professional i saw a dude that painted his wheels bronze and it looked really nice.

no, ive already done a set bronze...no professional stuff anymore. Ive definatley put those tire flyes on my rims to! haah. So i think that chameleon paint is a good option! haahh

WRB= World Ralley Blue, correct? I would go with white maybe, bright wheels on dark cars always looks good.

Ok, white is a definate. I want it to look crazy, just not gawdy ricey (not gettin on to you, just telling you nicely, lol). Orange sounds like it would rock. And blue, anyone have any pics of blue on blue? Thanks!

But thats kinda the point! :lol: I photoshopped (very terribly, mind you) my wheels red. Looked oh so pimp! I really dont care about these rims much, unless someone wants to give me like $700 for em! haha

I could do better if you gave me a swatch of the correct color orange.
Or you can get the .psd at this link, just change the whole rim section of the second layer to the color you want and the fading/overlay/all that stuff should still work (i hope, i use GIMP instead of photoshop)

Blue on blue is my idea Mike. Except mine will have a polished chrome lip. Have your buddy make one that looks like that...except on a STI not WRX...HAHAHA
