Where Can I find this EBrake Handle???? part 1

Where Can I find this EBrake Handle????
Hey everyone,
I've been looking to change out my OEM brake handle for a MOMO one to match the rest of my interior, and in my searching I came across this:
http://www.renickmotorsports.com/oscommerce/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=25_108_113&products_id=1529&osCsid=0bf5d2bd6e1ecdc8c4ce939eebdbc160

It looks like it's a perfect OEM fit, but the pricetag is INSANE!!
Can anyone find me a part number so I can source it through some overseas vendors? The part number in the pic is *ahem* whited out... :(
SpicyPeaNut 10-23-2006 02:20 AM

i wonder if u could somhow print that pic and scan the barcode...
semaj 10-23-2006 02:22 AM
i wonder if u could somhow print that pic and scan the barcode...
Sneaky...but it is JDM. JDM part numbers wont work for US/Canada Subaru dealerships AFAIK.

The pic is pretty clear. I'll see if I can get it to work next week at some point.
nxwrxfx 10-23-2006 02:30 AM

Sweet thanks guys!
Even if I can get the JDM part number I think I know how I can source it.

But yeah this knob looks perfect!
It's more flattened then round so it shouldn't cause a fitment problem like the typical Pit Stop MOMO handles.
bobbyjimmy 10-23-2006 03:12 AM

The part number is "C1017AG200". Im pretty sure I can still get them for about 1/2 that price, plus shipping from Australia.

I put one of the Mrs 06 Impreza, fits well and matches the OE Momo gearknob well too.
V5-STi 10-23-2006 06:38 AM

bobbyjimmy....what was involved in the fitting ???

Thanks
nxwrxfx 10-23-2006 10:10 AM

Hmm... I wonder if I'd have to get a custom shift boot to fit this handle...
step down 10-23-2006 11:24 AM

wow...that thing looks really nice
V5-STi 10-23-2006 02:06 PM

Ordered mine from japanparts :)
sheepdog 10-23-2006 03:03 PM

schweet. Post pics when you get it. Mind saying how much they charged you for it?

exactly this would be perfect... i've been on a search for a e-brake matching handle for my momo shift knob and hit looks great.. the pitstop momo break knob i heard doesnt have the PERFECT fitment, and this is what i'm looking for!

Not much, undo the boot, get a screw driver/chisel and a hammer and knock the old one off.
Then clean up the glue and crap that held it on.
Put the glue (supplied with the new handle) on and put on the new hanle, done.

Damn you must be pretty hardcore to drop 250 clams on a new e-brake handle.
bobbyjimmy 10-29-2006 08:39 PM

It didn't cost me anywhere near that.
Bishop 10-30-2006 12:40 AM

Mr Kleen 10-31-2006 09:39 AM

I'd be interested in this for a good price. I also wouldn't mind getting a leather boot to get rid of the cheap looking rubber boot around the hand brake.
ittybitty_STI 10-31-2006 09:52 AM

im all for a GB!!! keep me updated. please!

Any update on a possible group buy?
nxwrxfx 11-07-2006 04:51 PM

It'll help show our interest in this group buy!
only1agam 11-14-2006 03:37 PM
