In the state of North Color any blue lights or reflective material on a motorized vehicle is considered impersonating a cop and is considered as a felony, and can be sentece to jail for like 10 years or something like that. But that would be neat to get 2 of them and put one on each side window like the rally car so they light up at night.

WELL I guess this answers fishguy's question about what next to be indiglowed (pedals, knobs, underbody, washer nozzles, wipers, rims, cockpit, spoiler)

Can it be placed anywhere else, or is the adhesive only one way?
It might look cool in a plexglass subwoofer set-up, but as for anywhere visible on my car.... not gonna happen.

that banner is pretty cool looking, but illegal here too, it also can be hooked up to your brakes so that when you hit the brake pedal the banner blinks. hhmmm even more attention to get a ticket , damn $500 dollar fine. my friend got it for red foglights.
