that's just the evo 9 bumper.

and it would be cheaper to manufacture if you just made a bolt/screw/glue on unit that was meant to interface with the stock bumper, once some cuts were made.

like the HKS kansai rear diffuser.

i'd rather pay 100 and have to install one on a spare bumper than pay 500 for a new bumper.

update: i have a route to go to make a mold, but i still have to find someone to fill the mold with abs plastic... to make them out of abs plastic. however i can make it out of fiberglass, which i will probably do at first just to tweak the look of it untill it is something everyone likes so as progress goes i will be using the members opinions to decide what design/designs to use. keep posted, progress is getting further along than i expected already. btw this will be molded for an sti only for now, because if i do it for a wrx, sti guys cant use it without getting rid of the side spats. if i make it for a sti wrxs can always add the side spats later and wagon guys dont worry i havent forgot about you.
