hey guys, lets post some pics of wrx's with the wing risers....

also, in my searching around i came across a wing riser from the spec c....

I'm hopefully going to get my risers on today if I get them painted ;) then I also have my custom made schoop which is as big as the STi style ;)

also a nice touch is the subaru graphic that i'm getting made, just like the side vinyl on the rally car, only much smaller :P i'll post when i get them on!

you're not going to be able to fit 04-05 sti hood scoop on 02-03 hood unless you do some major modification.
i don't think anyone has done that.
best solution is to get 02-03 sti hood scoop.

the 04/05 style hood scoop for the 02/03 is made by MRT. Check out their website.

Does the spec C wing riser fit an 06 trunk? I like the looks of that, but not so much the zero sports riser blocks.

the spec c is not a wing riser, it's a whole package and you need to drill more holes on the trunk to install it, kinda like how the sti trunk has 14 holes or something.

nice car.
u do not need to drill additional holes for the wing risers.
the middle bolts can be removed and bolted down using oem wrx mounting spots.

lol i like the spec C, mine looks good from certain angles and horrible from others, next summer i'm getting STi skirts, RS trunk, and front and rear lip ;) and then getting them painted the lovely and rare Sedona Red Pearl, only problem with that color is nothing is available in that color lol

so they'll be on in a year, school time now ;)

I had wing risers when I had my sonic yellow rex...
I like them at certain angles...

Looking directly at them from the side looked like ass... looking at them from the rear or inside the car looked good... but the best is an angle shot..

I am not a fan of the zerosport raisers... my car had them when I bought it:

But I took them off and made $100 :lol:.

They spec c look alright, but if I wanted something flashier than stock, I would buy an sti wing.

I think the WRX wing needs to look more aggressive, but the wing risers just look disjointed and out of place. The side view angles don't match the angle of the trunk or the wing and look tacked on. The rear looks like pencil legs.
